Welcome!

Formed in 1982, the Morris Area Freewheelers Bicycle Club is an all volunteer organization dedicated to promoting all aspects of group road cycling.

We offer about 1400 scheduled and ad-hoc rides at various paces, all year long, throughout Northwestern New Jersey with some rides into Pennsylvania, New York State and Manhattan.

We have six social events per year that are informative and a lot of fun.  Anyone unsure about joining is welcome to ride as a guest for a ride. Give us a try!

Membership

Our membership is comprised of over 650 adults ranging in age from 18 to 83+.  Club members primarily reside in the following New Jersey counties:  Morris,  Sussex, Hunterdon, Essex, Somerset, Warren, Union, and Passaic. Membership is open to anyone at least 18 years old. See our membership distribution, get a membership application, or JOIN on-line.
