The elected club offices (executive committee) are: - President

Check the current newsletter for the people holding these offices. The board of directors & contact information is listed in each issue of the newsletter. Appointed Director Positions: The President, with approval of the Board, may appoint individual Directors to fill key positions including, but not limited to, those listed below: - Ride Coordinator
- Newsletter Editor
- Events Coordinator (Cape May, Lake George, etc.)
- IT Coordinator
- Membership Coordinator
- Safety Coordinator
- Cue Sheet Librarian
- Webmaster
- Social Coordinator
How Can I Run For Club Office? Elections for elected positions are held every two years (even years). The President and Vice President can serve a maximum of 2 consecutive 2-year terms. Nomination Procedure The president appoints a Nominating Committee and designates its Chairperson, in those years when elections are scheduled. Nominee’s names are published in the September newsletter before the November election. Additional candidates may be nominated by petition, with a minimum of twenty (25) signatures of valid club members. Nominating petitions must be submitted to the club secretary no later than the end of September in order for them to be validated and published in the November newsletter.
