  • Membership Coordinator
  • Safety Coordinator

Appointed Positions:

The President, with approval of the Board, may appoint individuals to fill positions including, but not limited to those listed below:

  • Cue Sheet Librarian
  •  Webmaster (Website Administrator)
  • Social Coordinator

How Can I Run For Club Office?

Elections for elected positions are held every two year s (even years).  

Nomination Procedure

The president appoints a Nominating Committee and designates its Chairperson, in those years when elections are scheduled. Nominee’s names are published in the September newsletter before the November election.  Additional candidates may be nominated by petition, with a minimum of twenty (25) signatures of valid club members.  Nominating petitions must be submitted to the club secretary no later than the end of September in order for them to be validated and published in the November newsletter.
