The only way can change your address and contact information (email, phone numbers) by clicking on the 'My Profile' menu item on the web site. See the user manual in the Members' Area for details.

If you forgot your password, click on 'Forgot password?' on the web login screen (upper right). If that doesn't work, contact the Membership Coordinator.
